Attending Tech∙Ed Europe 2009

I will be attending the Tech∙Ed Europe conference from November 9th to November 13th, 2009. This year, Tech∙Ed EMEA has become Tech∙Ed Europe. IT Pros and Developers share one venue again and Barcelona (Spain) was traded in for Berlin (Germany).
I don’t have many must-see sessions, but a lot of (IT Pro, obviously) sessions appeal to me. Mark Minassi and John Craddock will be hosting a couple of sessions, which I’ll try to attend. One session which is on my short list is Joachim Nässlander’s “Free Live Migration and High Availability with Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 R2 (SVR01-DEMO)” product demo on Thursday (Europa 2 - Hall 7-3b, 12:20 - 13:00).
The rest of my schedule is pretty straightforward. It’s filled mostly with level 300 and 400 lay-back sessions and a couple of interactive sessions.
I’ll be travelling with my colleague, Marien de Gelder, (Software Development Product Manager at our employer) by high-speed train (International ICE) between Utrecht and Berlin (with a one-hour stop in Duisburg) on Sunday November 8, 2009 (arriving around three pm) and Saturday November 14, 2009 (leaving around three pm). We’re staying at the Intercontinental, which is located right next to Microsoft Gmbh.
If you want to meet up, have some drinks or just join the party, leave me a message.
See you in Berlin!
