This blog is about my daily experiences, thoughts and personal opinion about Microsoft and Microsoft related products. This sounds a bit weird, because everyone has daily experiences and annoyances when using Microsoft products.
Perhaps me noticing I’m employed by a Dutch IT company helps to take interest in the things I write. If you think I work on a helpdesk of some obscure ISP like your nephew (aged 12) you definitely have the wrong picture!
In my job, as a senior consultant, I meet multiple customers a week with multiple problems with multiple Microsoft and Microsoft related products. I'm also the penultimate escalation path for my employer when it comes to Microsoft software. Both for our 500+ systems administrators and our project teams in various sizes, project scopes and project lengths. To top it all off I act as the administrative contact for my company’s Microsoft Certified Gold Partnership, which lets me meet all kinds of interesting people like Paul van Geldrop.
Paul was the one that got me hooked on this blog after months of thinking about starting a blog or not. So if you think my blog sucks, thank Paul and Carlos for giving me the opportunity to make it suck. [H]
