Yes, it is true, there is a link!

Let me guess.....until yesterday you were able to create DFS-R Diagnostic Health Reports and as of today you are not able to do that anymore...

The error you receive is:

<COMPUTERNAME>: The health report cannot be generated. Error HRESULTE_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component

 

That is because it is December and Microsoft will not generate a report until you send them a christmas gift! ;-) Kidding!
