IPOD Settings
Here is an interesting one: I was playing with Itunes settings for my 30gig 5gen IPOD and my 4gig Nano and set them both to “Use as External Hard drive” option, which was great as I could see them as normal Windows XP USB 2.0 hard drives. However I could not figure out why the hell both my IPOD’s would not stop flashing “Do not disconnect” even though ITunes said that it was finished updating.

I could not upload music or do anything and I was getting worried. So I did what anyone would do I rolled back my settings (“Use as external hard drive”). Then did some research on the net. Apparently if that setting is checked then you will always get the “Do not disconnect” message on your IPOD, this actually means your IPOD is ready to rumble for file transfer. Stupid message in my opinion, I really hope they will change this.

Just some useless information.
